Idahomies Shooting & Training began with three friends who met through a United States based Facebook Gun group. What started as an online chat Between 3 guys quickly turned into a real-world connection when we decided to meet up at the range. That first day set the tone for everything that came next — when one of us (Cole) accidentally locked himself out of his truck, everyone stayed to help. In that moment, it was clear: this was more than just a shooting group — it was good people coming together with shared values.

Idahomies was built to bring that same sense of camaraderie to others — especially those new to Idaho or looking to find their place in the local firearms and training community. Within just a few weeks, our little idea exploded into a thriving network of hundreds of members. Range days, meet-ups, and events followed soon after, and with help from dedicated members like Kevin, Michael, and many others, the community continued to rapidly grow in both size and purpose.

From the start, our mission has been simple: create opportunities, build connections, and give back. We’ve partnered with Idaho-based brands to provide exclusive discounts, hosted community events, and helped members access quality gear — all without profit as the motive. Every dollar raised goes right back into the group, funding giveaways, range days, and community support.
